LOVE this VACUMM

I just received my CleanView Vacuum and used it for the first time, after the EASY assembly, (and I have arthritis), and THIS vacuum picked up everything my OLD vacuum missed and THEN some! I couldn't believe the difference! I CAN'T believe the difference! My old vacuum was useless and this one made my carpet look NEW! I am SO happy! Thank you, Bissell!! Also, the little Turbo brush WORKS REALLY WELL!! I had one of those on the old vacuum too and it would just bog down and there was no suction to it. This one works like a mini vacuum cleaner! Really POWERFUL!!!

Almost Perfect

Have used my model 9595 just once. It vacuums beautifully but had to empty the container after each room so wish it were bigger. Bissell should consider printing a pamphlet for each model and make it darker ink and larger print so can more easily read and see fine points - need much larger pictures of pieces and where they go. Thank you.

I just had brought another bissell earlier in the year but I could not find the receipt. So I had to get another one. And I brought the one pass vacuum and I am very happy with it. I love to see all the dirt it is sucking up in the window. It works well. Thanks Bissell.

Just received this machine today and am most impressed with its suction power. I vacuumed yesterday with my old machine and it is rather scarey to see how much dust and dirt this new machine picked up today! The machine is nice and light so no problem with getting up the stairs in the house and no problem cleaning them with the turbo attachment. I'll have to see how the other attachments do, but it they work as well as as this one I will be satisfied. I do have three cons that prevented a 4 star rating--first, the power cord is too short. I have to keep moving the plug from outlet to outlet. Second, the off/on switch is very low on the machine and rather awkwardly placed. Finally, the hose wand slips off the base too easily something you don't want to happen in the middle of the vacuum job! Other than that, this probably is going to be my go-to machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuum is a typical Bissell product - very good. This model is a bit awkward to empty. The cover of the dirt chamber is not removeable. We like to place the dirt in a bag so that it will not blow around. There is no way to fit a bag over that hinged cover. The vacuum does a fine job of cleaning our tile and carpeting.

Researched many different vacuums and ultimately concluded this vacuum would work best for our house, with two small dogs and a husband who works outside all day. We had it assembled quickly, and it worked wonderfully for the first few minutes, but did feel hot to the touch, even on its first use. The turbo tool cleaned our couch, which was covered in dog hair, beautifully. Then suddenly the vacuum lost all suction, and became unbearably hot. Within fifteen minutes of use we had gone from having a new, functional vacuum to having a burn hazard; it was promptly returned to the store where we purchased it.

My vacuum doesn't suck

Since day one this vacuum has been annoying. I have to go over the areas I want b to clean multiple times for it to only get somewhat clean. Most of the time when I'm vacuuming it will suck stuff up and also spit out dirt and tiny debris at the same time. I frequently empty the canister and clean the filters so I'm not sure what the problem is.
