No complains! It's cheaper than others good brands, but it's working just as good! I'm satisfied with the ability of this vacuum cleaner has to remove dust from the carpet. Besides working very well as I expected, it is also very light too.

I have been using a Dyson for several years and I just didn't think it was picking up as good as it should. I purchased the 9595A and I was right. I swept with the Dyson and then the Bissell and it picked up a lot that the Dyson missed. And it was no where near the cost. Thanks Bissell!

Clean View, One Pass wonder!

This vacuum arrived and I was so excited. I started by adjusting it to my carpet height with the easy to use dial, turned it on and off I went. With one pass I could feel my carpet getting clean, it stood up and I could see the dirt and dog hair going around in the dirt tank. I was very impressed with the suction in this vacuum and that the motor was very quiet compared to my old machine. As I traveled to the tile in my kitchen I noticed that the motor didn't blow the dirt away from the vacuum like my other machine did. When I decided to empty the tank I just pushed the handle and the whole unit came off, I tapped it before I emptied it and all the dirt just fell right in the garbage. I used the included tools to clean corners and small places, I even used the brush to clean my lampshades. I think the handle could be a bit longer, as I vacuumed I noticed the ball at the end of the handle pushed into the palm of my hand and it was uncomfortable but overall I do like the grip. The plastic design of this unit feels like top quality , no sharp edges and it feels very sturdy. Over all I think this is a great , very affordable vacuum with power to clean all surfaces. I recommend this One Pass vacuum, another quality product from Bissell.

Can't beat this vacuum for the price. Went over a heavy traffic carpet that had first been cleaned by our old vacuum and the bissell pulled out almost another inch of dirt and sand from carpet. Good power! Small attachment does a great job pulling pet hair off of furniture as well. Best vacuum ive had in quite some time for a cheaper price than i have paid for others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this item after I had read reviews comparing different cleaners and this one got the highest rating for suction, value, lightweight but still powerful, etc. I have a disability which limits the amount of weight I can handle. It was quite a shock seeing all the dog hair that was picked up on its first use. This is a great machine. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was skeptical after reading reviews and seeing the low price. But this vacuum works! Beats the old saying "you get what you pay for." I was replacing my dyson. I brought this one home and it filled up the canister 4 times very quickly. I was both impressed with the vacuum and disgusted with no telling how long my dyson had been leaving dust and dirt behind. The carpet feels and looks new!!! Worth it! I have a cat and medium length carpet. The attachments work great and have gotten my furniture clean of that pesky cat hair!
