The power of the 12 amp motor is excellent for the price. The easy to assemble and easy to use makes the vacuum a pleasant surprise. Simple and quick cleaning of the bag less collection is very helpful as you can view when it needs to be emptied. The only negative, the cord is awkward to wind around the dirt collection tube. An opportunity for a design upgrade.

Purchased less than a year ago and complete loss of suction

We purchased this vacuum less than a year ago and have used it a couple of times, no more than 6 (we have an older Bissell this vacuum is supposed to replace) and it's completely lost suction. We've checked the hoses, the belts, and emptied the cup (of nothing) and it still doesn't work. It's rather disappointing that we got this product and now it won't work. When it worked we loved it.

I bought this vacuum to replace a much larger and heavier vacuum. The CleanView® Vacuum is much lighter and quieter while still picking up as much dirt as my old vacuum. It is well built. I like that the hose is not cheaply made. My only dislike is that the electric cord is about 4 feet too short for my house. Overall,I really like the CleanView® Vacuum and would highly recommend it .

Lightweight and Excellent Cleaning

Lightweight and easy on my back. Cleans well especially with having a black cat that sheds. At first, I didn't think it was going to work on pet hair and I was going to have to return it. But after a couple of emails with Bissell customer service saying it will work on pet hair, I finally unboxed it, put it together and was shocked at what it picked up. Very impressive. Great buy and value for a $100 vacuum bundle!

CleanView 9595A Makes Vacumming So Easy & A Pleasure To Do!

The motor of my Hoover Bagless Upright was burnt recently so after some web researches I purchased a CleanView 9595A, which has been so great and I'm 100% satisfied with the product. By comparison, my former Hoover Bagless Upright was just an expensive piece of junk.

Basic Design Problems with the 9595A

I am retired 71 year old man on a fixed income and wanted a powerful upright vacuum to pick up cat hair for a reasonable price. In looking for one, I saw the Bissell 9595A: Clean View Upright Vacuum. It looked powerful and convenient to use so I bought it. Once received, I noticed that the 9595A is a powerful machine but, it has some design issues that are just not good. The machine is very bulky and difficult maneuver. It is also way too high to go under any furniture. The on/off switch is located near the bottom of the vacuum which is strange that it is not on the handle. It requires me to bend over to start or stop it. Very difficult to use for a person with Arthritis like I have. Additionally, the hand grip is too smooth causing my hand to slip all the time while trying to move the machine around. The Turbo Brush tool does not work very well in that it left un-vacuumed streaks on dark furniture. The power of the machine is good but the dust it picks up stick to every part of the machine. It was a real job trying to clean the dust off the plastic parts after I was finished using it. I gave this produce a 2 star rating because the vacuum is powerful but, because of the other basic design problems I found with it, I would have made another selection from either Bissell or another manufacturer. I do own a number of Bissell products that work exceptionally well but, I am very disappointed with this product.
