I purchased this vacuum at least 3 years ago, and it's still works like the first time, even with my Son over filling it, picking up paper clips, large paper, etc. I was able to replaced belt. and now looking at possibly replacing one of the filters...Not bad after everything this vacuum has cleaned up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the product to vacuum floors and area carpets. It's easy to use. I can remove the dirt cup to empty the dirt and assemble it easily. At first I thought would be difficult to assemble but i did it and works well. It's larger than my other Bissell so it will need more closet space.The price is reasonable.

The small beater bar really cleans up the pet hair. I think the wand and the part of the hose that connects should be longer; using them to get into corners, etc., is really backbreaking. The vacuum is topheavy and falls over easily. Most of all I don't understand why the on/off switch is hidden under another part; I really have trouble finding it every time. It should be on the handle or at least higher than it is. Other than these I like it.

This bagless vacuum amazed me the first time I ever used it with all the disgusting fine dirt and debris it removed from my floor! I was stunned! It is not too heavy, but for the price, it is definitely NOT a lightweight, cheaply made vacuum. The power cord is nice and long. The on-board tools are easy to access and even though I wish the suction was a little stronger with the on-board tools, it does a good job of cleaning furniture, window blinds, etc. The filter and canister both clean up nicely and easily. I also like being able to raise and lower the beater bar to accommodate a range of floor types. The suction of the unit is incredible when vacuuming bare floors, low-pile rugs and carpet! Overall, I am very happy with this vacuum and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new one.
