[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought area rugs throughout our apartment and the stick vacuum I had was not cutting it. This vacuum is a joy to use and really gets up the deep dirt. I used it in the common hallway outside our apartment and was amazed how much dirt and sand was trapped in that carpet. So far my only complaint is that the hose should be longer for use with the attachments it is too short.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main complaint is that it's really loud especially when going over hard wood. I can not figure out how to turn the brush roller off. I read the instruction before operating as I always do and there is NOT a way at the base of the machine. Maybe I got a faulty one or this is a lesser model? It seemed pretty cheap but I only have a set of stairs, a few rugs that are carpet. The rest are bare floors and I usually just sweep those. The suction is great! That's why it's so loud but it certainly does the trick! The attachments are nice! I love the one for the stairs since that's my main reason for this anyway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although it says for bare floors..it does a lousy job because the brush keeps spinning and throws the dirt out the back of vacuum.

You're right, Karen - the brush on this vacuum will continue to rotate. Make sure you have it set to its lowest height setting for hard floors. You may also want a vacuum with a brush on/off switch. Stopped sucking

I purchased this product last year and suddenly it has stopped working. I have gone online and reviewed all videos (great help) but still cannot find the problem. I have examined all filters and hoses. Hoping I can still make this work as it is great for pets and I love the ease with which I can clean it.

My Hoover upright died suddenly on July 4th and I needed to get a vacuum quickly. I searched online for reviews on different bagless vacuums. The review on this product was really impressive, but I was a little hesitant because the price was so reasonable. I purchased this vacuum and have been in a cleaning frenzy since. Was embarassed at what came out of my carpets on the first use. The plush pile is standing up and color seems brighter. Could even tell a difference in the baby berber. Have used the turbo brush on upholstery as well as doing the stairs. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a new vacuum!!!

I love my new vacuum, but with a Labrador and cat, emptying the container is a little time consuming, have to reach in w/my hand to free the hair. It does a great job pulling the hair off my carpet leaving it clean.
