it sucks! literally the BEST vacuum I've ever had. My old vacuums never picked up anything. The cord is so strong in shrinks back down with the amount of pressure. highly recommended.

I use this to clean the dog hair and dust out of my off white carpet! It is the best I have ever had to keep that carpet clean. I have 4 other top brands that do nothing compared to this machine to get the dog hair out of the carpet !

I've owned a lot of very pricy vacuums over the last 10 years. I also have owned many Bissell products throughout the years and have been impressed as well, the products last I vacuum twice a day so I normally keep 2 in my big home. I have a german shepherd and he sheds non stop. This vacuum the cord is short but check out the new ones that they didn't feature. I saw them after it was too late. The healthy home Bissell products are all great too by the way my father wanted me to add that. I've also read they are going to be having new ones this year with the power switch on the top. That's the only thing competitors have against you guys and not much longer! Can't wait.

Vac is great suction wish and does not clog like all my previous vacs. Only downfall is the hose and exten sions are not long enough and a lot of bending is required just to do corners. overall i am happy with the performance.

I purchased Bissell because of name recognition, and i've been satisfied in the past with their carpet shampooers. My last vacuum was a Dyson and I might have gotten spoiled but whoever designed this product as well as the person/committee that approved this design should have tried it in the field before starting production. The suction is good, the trouble comes when you want to use the accessories. The hose is so short it is almost useless and i'll be breaded and deep fried if the dang thing don't just tip over (risking damage) more frequently than W.C. Fields on a distlerey tour! Dear Bissell Co. THIS ONES A LEMON!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
