[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product only one time but will tell you it is the best vacuum I have ever used. I was planning on finding a place to write a review of this machine but since I got the email telling me about the #sweepstakes that was taking place in conjunction with a review here, I decided that this site would be the best place to post it. I actually purchased this machine for my daughter since she recently moved into her own apartment but since I bought it and assembled it I thought I would test it out a bit in my own place before she came to pick it up. It worked like magic! I originally intended just to run the motor for a few minutes to make sure it worked and produced suction but after turning it on I decided to connect some of the above ground cleaning tools like the turbo brush which connects on the end of the hose. I started out using this attachment on my couch, I was amazed at how much dust this machine pulled out of the top of the backrest of my couch and from the arms of the couch. I have vacuumed this part of the couch many times over the years with my own vacuum attachments which look similar to the turbo brush but do not have the brush bristles or the spinning head. I could not believe the amount of dust that I collected in the dirt tank. Well since I cleaned the couch so quick and easy I went on to the loveseat and obtained the same results. It was beautiful. At that point I decided to vacuum the carpets and also the hardwood floors and it took half the time it takes with my own vacuum. This machine works great! Add that you do not need to purchase bags or install new bags or better yet, remove old dirty bags, this has to be the best machine on the market. I am in the process of now purchasing my own Cleanview even though my vacuum cleaner is still completely functional and also possesses a 12 amp motor. This Cleanview on bare floors sucks up dust and dirt and doesn't just blow it around like other vacuums. The one pass technology is the best!

How do you justify putting this on the market. I had to run over the same space before it would pick it up. Your satisfied customers don't know what quality is.

I have 4 cats and this vacuum left my carpet hair-free and with the filter that has febreeze; it smelled great and the odor from it lasted for days. I just love it! It is very lightweight. It's everything I wanted in a vacuum cleaner however a light in front would be nice.

I just purchased this vacuum cleaner maybe a month and a half ago. It was easy to open to clean out. Now I have to fight with the canister to open it. I will never purchase a Bissell vacuum cleaner again. I am stuck with this because I threw out the receipt and the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really like the vacuum. It is much easier to empty the canister than our older Bissell and it seems to pickup much better. Dust and dirt do seem to get trapped around the upper canister filter but that's pretty minor and easy to clean out by loosening the upper filter. Overall a very good value and replacement for the old Bissell that died recently.
