I talked to Paula at Bissell and she was so helpful in making my decision. I got this vacuum and I just love it. It cleans so well and is easy to put together and lightweight. I find it picks up everything. I can go from carpet to tile floors and it does equally well on both. I don't have hardwood floors or a pet so I can't comment on that. The dirt cup is easy to empty without making a big mess. I'm so glad I purchased this vacuum.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my Bissell deep clean pets! and when it came time to get a new vacuum I found the clean view at a great price... i took it out and put it together right way and started cleaning. I was shocked to see how much stuff my old one didn't pick up!!(which i had just used that morning)... I just cant say in words how much I love this vacuum! it is a big help! I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and this vacuum pulls all the hair up like nothing!.. i do have to dump it a lot.. It is so worth it! this is the best vacuum i have used in a long time!

I would have given this five stars but the turbo brush hand tool only worked for about 20 minutes and now I can't use it anymore. I do plan to call and take advantage of the warranty - hopefully they will replace it with no problems. Otherwise, the vacuum is great! I love that the dirt tank empties from the bottom - it prevents the pet hair (a big problem in my house) from flying out of the dirt tank before it makes it to the trashcan. Suction is great; the hose has good suction as well. One thing I would suggest, is to give the user the ability to use the two extension wands separately. The regular, cylinder shaped wand has the slanted crevice tool inside of it and dirt and hair get stuck on that - then when I take the round extension off, the dirt and hair falls right back onto the carpet or its stuck to the outside of the slanted crevice tool. It's kind of gross, so that might need to be re-thought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace another bissell that I have had for 7 years and was happy with but it began making a grinding noise and the roller wouldn't turn. I think the belt broke but it was supposed to be a lifetime belt so I couldn't change it. Anyway, I purchased the 9595A because of the 12 amp motor. It has plenty of suction and does a good job. My only complaint is the location of the on/off switch. It is in an inconvenient place and I have to bend to reach it.

We got the 9595 three years ago, it still works just as good, and as hard, as the day we got it home. We have 3 kids that are constantly spilling cereal, dragging sand and rocks into the house, this thing takes care if it all, no problem. I also use the hose attachment to clean inside our desktop computer cases. Excellent vacuum, will buy another one if this one ever stops working. 10 stars if I could. P.s. There should be an ALL surfaces selection down in the questionnaire part, cause I use it on all of the mentioned surfaces.
