Not good on bare floors.

This vacuum works great on carpet but not on bare floors. When vacuuming kitty litter from a bare floor, most of the litter gets shot back out. I have to sweep the litter into a pile and suck it up with the hose. Very time consuming. It's also so loud on the bare floors that it sends the cats running. The hose is way too short. The vacuum falls on me frequently because the hose just doesn't stretch far enough, especially on the stairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The suction power was great. All the tool were great. It did great with picking up all the pet hair on the floors and the furniture. I thought it had good mobility compared to my other vacuum. The only thing I disliked was that I wish the power switch was higher. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

When I bought it, I was kind of scared about the reviews that said it was built with cheap materials, which maybe it is, but it runs very good and gets the work done, which is the important. If you do not want cheap materials, get a more expensive cleaner.

Hi Dustbunny - it looks like your order is a few months past our return time frame. When using the hose on this machine, the brush will continue to rotate. If and debris is kicked up, place the vacuum over an already cleaned area to prevent any debris coming out from the base.
