Too Hard to set up!

This unit still is not set up correctly and next month we will have had it one year. The sound does not work properly. Half the time when we have been watching and then if we turn it off and try to turn it on the sound does not work. Or, when we switch from TV to smart tv and back the sound goes off. You have to power down the unit totally and start over to get the sound to work. Also, the TV switches sources all by itself at random times.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, sound is terrible and does not work right, tv switches sources randomly, difficult to set up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this TV last week. It was a replacement for a LCD set. Picture is assume. 3d is great. Mow I just wish my cable provider was recognized on this set
