The best decision I’ve made. I am 65 years old and my treadmill was putting a lot of stress on my hips& knees. I researched trampolines and the stamina oval with handle has been a blessing. Thank you for the on line encouragements, videos and quality product.it is very quiet and I can exercise without waking family members.

I purchased this product maybe 5 yrs ago and love it. It's so easy to move around. I get on it right after breakfast while watching tv or move it out on the porch when it's warm. Easy on your feet. Just replaced the bungy tubes for arm exc..very inexpensive. If it ever wears out I will buy another from this company. 7yr old grandson has a blast on it and follows the dvd!

I bought this as a therapeutic aid to help recondition an injured leg. simple jumping in place is a great help in strengthening the leg. It is well made and quite sturdy. It's used on a carpeted floor and doesn't move at all during use. The counter (time, reps, etc. works well. Very easy to assemble. Also, the bar is nice for anyone like me who has been injured and is worried about potential balance issues.

I bought the oval rebounder for my birthday after a 60+ friend mentioned she jumped regularly. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my wrist and thought NO I’m not going to let that take over my life. So like my friend I jump each morning and so far I have reduced issues with my hand. I bought the oval shape with the hand rails for extended leg work and extra support. So far I love working out and have reduced cellulite around keys areas. Early days but still get up and use the rebounder before work which is great for me. Highly recommend it.

Poorly constructed product

This is an update from an earlier review. I bought this barely 1 year ago. Within the first few months, the pieces of the resistance tubes broke off. Within a few months after that, the trampoline started falling apart. I can no longer use the trampoline. Also, the step counter broke off. The only positive is the workout cd with Mia Finnigan, which is really good. Unfortunately, I can’t use the cd because the trampoline has totally fallen apart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
