Gets freezed very often, YouTube doesn't work smoo

The product is excellent in term of picture and sound but software part is really worst. Often gets freezer, YouTube says internet browser can't load the page or too big to load. Kind of frustrating experience. Wouldn't recommend this product... Yours in exasperation...
