I don't usually hate something, but I hated this phone. The touch screen was a joke. It was pressure sensitive, not capacitive, and most of the time, I had to tap the screen like 6 times just to open a text--don't get me started on actually trying to use it to text.
Thankfully, the screen died on me, so I can finally be rid of it.
Also, I know this is a flaw on several of your other phones, but why is it that you have a hot key on the side for several lame things, like games and web, but no hot key for voice command? When am I going to use voice command, but when I DON'T have any hands free (aka driving) to unlock the phone, slide to the right screen, and tap on the right place on the screen for the voice command?

Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
