Trouble downloading and obtaining images

After an incident, I tried to download the time segment video and thought I did that in two different formats. The download was placed on a thumb drive. I tried to play the video on two separate PCs with various players and video editing software. I could not get it to play or edit. I wanted to locate and be able to print images in the file. I could not do that.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

blurred picture, produce difficult to unpack and then read through instructions and expect to assemble
