[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in it. It constantly freezes up, wont work, even factory reset didn't work. I contacted LG and I keep getting the run around. CNN 200821459216, I have sent in copies of my receipt, and its registration.

Great 3D

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great 3d Blu-Ray player so far. I have been viewing all the 3D movies in my collection that I have not been able see since the failure of my previous player and have enjoyed the image quality of this player. The only negative thing is that every few minutes there is a brief break in the audio.
A few days ago it appeared to stop working; it would not respond to the buttons on the remote, not even the on-off button. When I switched my TV to display the player's output, I found that it was waiting for an update. Once I gave it permission to update, everything worked again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Connect your HDMI cable, and get ready to be annoyed EVERY SINGLE TIME you turn this piece of garbage on. Does not remember Wifi info so you have to re enter it every time. It also often freezes and won't turn off, so you have to unplug it and start over after it has frozen in a screen. I want to smash this but ill just return it instead.

Good for discs
