We purchased this about a month ago and have had nothing but issues. We bought this for the ability to stream Netflix and YouTube. Freezes constantly or won't connect to the internet at all. Will never purchase an LG product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first blu-ray player. It makes DVD look better but will not remember the stop points of multiple DVDs, only BDs. The remote is a little smaller than I like but it works fine. LGs customer service is very responsive in addressing any issues or questions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this player to use for the WiFi with Netflix, You Tube, Etc. It worked for one app, but kept stopping on Netflix and actually froze up on You Tube. So we returned it. Bought a different brand and it works great. Maybe because the new one we bought is the same brand as the tuner??? Neither were the brand of the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several DVD and Blue Ray Players over the years manufactured by Samsung and Sony. I have never seen one that seems to have zone issues with certain discs. Still looking at this. If you have any suggestions on fixing this issue please advise.
Works fine with my LG TV, but had to acquire hookup cable separately at extra cost -- not too owner friendly. The owner's manual (54 pages) was also not included and had to be accessed online -- also not too owner friendly.

Yesterday we purchased an LG BP350 SMART BLU-RAY PLAYER. Yesterday the DVD player opened HULU and played a few episodes of a show no problem, Today the DVD player wont even open the application of HULU and when I open the netflix app. it actually opens the netflix app and lets you choose a show, but once you click on the show it freezes and will not let you do anything after that. I have had to unplug the DVD player just so the freeze screen goes away.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
