[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] easy setup, great picture , easy to navigate . Only one problem, I have it connected to an LG 4K UHD TV, and somehow the DVD player randomly comes on by itself, causing the TV to switch inputs. Strange thing is the TV switches to ChromeCast HDMI input not DVD. Didn't have this problem with other DVD player.After Research on the WEB I find this is problem with some WEB capable DVD players.
If it weren't for this BUG, Id rate it 5 stars..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a great purchase. I’m happy with all the extras that you can get from it. An example would be Hulu. The one drawback is that I lost the cord that connects to a plug. We have moved a couple of times and lost the cord during one of the moves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a Samsung Multi-region player that I bought in 2012 and which was STILL working quite perfectly when I bought the BP350. My reason for switching was that I was given an LG 50" Tv set and to keep everything compatible. I bought the same brand too complement the TV set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BP350 is a good unit that has more than just the basics but is nothing fancy. It's one main feature is it has wi-fi capabilities but not all tv are compatible. I have a Samsung UN32J flat screen and it will not recognize this unit as a wi-fi unit.
Otherwise, a good player.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. TRIED SEVERAL DVD'S - BLU-RAY AND NON BLU-RAY, OLD AND NEW. DOESN'T WORK. OH - AND IF YOU DON'T OWN A COMPUTER, NO OWNER'S MANUAL FOR YOU!!! LAZY CHEAPSKATES. THESE MANUFACTURERS INCREASINGLY JUST KEEP CHEAPING OUT. MY OLD LG DVD PLAYER LASTED FOR YEARS WITH HEAVY USE. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS PIECE OF JUNK EVEN 1 STAR IS BECAUSE IT POWERS UP. THAT'S ALL IT DOES.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
