Terrible..will not update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is horrible. It looses connection and freezes after watching for less than an hour and has to be unplugged in order to reboot.

It's not got the fastest response to the remote and you have to have the remote pointed to the player but that's a minor inconvenience. I've really enjoyed being able to watch Amazon Prime and Netflix on my TV

Poor wifi connection

I have had this less than a week and the wifi connection is terrible. We have quite high speed, meaning no issues with cell phones or the other TV using a firestick. Also, the wifi router is right above the Blue ray player and it still buffers, freezes, and is super slow. Would not buy another and would not recommend.
