Not Worth It in the slightest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this player for its due to the app features for streaming. If I had not thrown out the box and receipt it would have been returned the very next day to the store. The apps slag and freeze. The on/off button doesn't function as it should and a button popped out of the remote that I can't find anywhere. The quality isn't even at a level of functioning. Highly aggravated and disappointed in the LG Brand

Awful product. Screen locks up constantly. Have to unplug power cord to reset. Won't stay connected to wifi. LG should be embarrased for selling this product. Their customer service is of no help. Do not buy this pruduct.

Buffers constantly

I just purchased this 2 days ago. It was fine the first night. The next day I noticed that it constantly buffers. I can't watch 2 minutes of a show. I don't have this issue with any other product that I use with my Internet connection. The remote is slow to respond. You have to push the button more than once. I'm probably going to return and get something else. It is easy to set up. It is small and looks nice but the buffering is annoying.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this bp550 last week for my birthday and I haven't had one issue with it movie playback is fantastic especially with 3D bluray movies I don't use the apps as I have the LG 60lb7100 that I use for Netflix and hulu plus... But over all its the best bluray player....
