Outstanding Customer Service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about two months ago but never set it up until this weekend when I got the last of my Infinity Saga MCU. For the love of all things holy, it kept giving me this "press input" and I was exhausted ready to give up on it. Luckily, I reached out to LG Customer Service on Twitter and while the problem turned out to be how the TV's HDMI ports were set up (really? who puts #3 and 4 on the side, but #1 and 2 underneath the component hook ups?), Customer Service hung in there with me and never gave up. I appreciate the time they took to work me through this issue.

No Disney +

Thinking I can connect, like every other smart DVD player, to download Disney +. But it doesn’t let you add ANY apps to it! LG, please change this and update the software so we can add apps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for our bedroom and connected to a lg television. Easy to hook up and gives great pictures on the tv. Remote is easy to use. Would buy again.
The unit freezes up. It doesn't respond to the remote control and now the DVD tray won't open so I can't even watch a movie

Bought two, they both suck!

Got these as a Christmas gift. Both have issues of freezing and popping. So frustrating, can’t even use them at all. Don’t waste your hard earned money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to return it because the sound keep cutting off. It is very difficult to set up if you are not good on a computer. I did not know how to find the technical information I needed to use the features to get streaming services.
