Wi-Fi Netflix Pandora does not work correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit less than a month ago and had nothing but trouble with Netflix and Pandora stopping starting pausing and freezing then eventually completely freezing the unit and would have to unplug it to restart or hold the power button down for ever sent it back once they said it had no power and would not turn on which was not the problem when I sent it back. It was sent back to me with the same issues Netflix and Pandora not working properly and freezing the unit Same problem I had to begin with I'm sending it back again.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

just ok, potential to be 5 star

purchased about 1 month ago (beginning of august). Looks great, and the concept is wonderful with the rear speakers semi-wireless (they still need to connect via wires to a blue tooth receiver) allowing the rear speakers to be placed with good freedom. The sound is fantastic when all of the speakers are working properly. Unfortunately that is a rare occurrence. With the system I received, no matter how they were connected, no more than three of the speakers would work at any one time, most often only two would work. The blue tooth receiver just didn't seem to pick up and keep both rear speakers, and one of the front was always loudest (regardless of which speaker was there, that speaker connected to the blue ray box was loudest). Only way to fix this was to dump the blue tooth for the rear speakers and connect all four to the two channels on the blue ray box which has evened out all the speakers, though it is now only a two channel system, the sound is still pretty good. would still be better if the blue tooth worked as it should and the system could be hooked up using all four main channels.

LG warranty service appreciated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the system, as the ARC feature is more compatible with my LG ultra-HD TV than the Sony home theater it replaced. Unfortunately, the Blu-ray player never worked, so LG offered a full refund.
