Not working after few months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this product for few months. It was good for couple of months. Then it stopped working. We took extra care and hardly used it as we don't need on daily basis. Tried to figure out the problem, but couldn't open it to troubleshoot the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
