My best purchase ever in TV

Love this TV. It is my first smart tv and I love every feature that comes with the tv. Once in a while i find a new feature and love it. Recently found out that there is an ARC option through HDMI to my home theatre. So far no problems and the customer service team was very good as well. My box didnt come with one of the cables and they shipped me one for free.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

This is my second LG TV and I just love it. I considered a few different brands but found my way back to this one. The reviews I read were very good. I like the fact that it included six pair of 3D glasses. I'm able to watch the passive 3D without getting dizzy. it was very easy to assemble and start up. It is much lighter than my three year old 42" LG LCD. I highly recommend this TV for anyone looking for high quality! Great job LG!

Very pleased with the quality and the looks of the product. The simplicity of the remote control is a big plus. The ease of accessing the apps is also very convienent

Worst Remote Ever !

I'll keep it simple... this tv processes information very slow. The remote is the absolute stupidest designed remote I have ever used. If you bump it or jiggle anything it is sitting on a big red arrow shows up on the screen. You can't just point aim and press a button for your choice ... You have to struggle to position the big red arrow on what you want to select and then press a button. For two and three number channel selections this can be frustrating and a time waster. The remote sucks the battery life quickly and often won't work at all till I put new batteries in it. I hate the remote and the the slow processing of commands by the tv. They need to remove the word smart from this tv.
Pros: picture quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picture quailty is excellent with my features that are easy to access. The appearenace of TV is very good with the TV thin outline and easie of programing I would recommend this tv to anyone who maybe in the market to move up.

Distorted bass sound

This product has a great picture and I love all the other features but the sound is terrible. The bass sounds distorted not matter what sound setting is used. I am going to have to buy a sound bar and avoid using the TV speakers
