This skillet is the perfect size for cooking a larger quantity than my 10" skillet. It is substantial, but not heavy, heats evenly and easy to clean.

This is my first purchase of a Circulon pan. I use a deep, large size fry pan everyday. On average, I wear out one pan in a year's time. The nonstick surface wears off. So this is why I tried a new brand. So far this pan is by far the best. Nothing sticks. I am so happy with my pan. Highly recommend.

Recent purchase 3 fry pans and two cookie sheets. Very happy with the surface, it cooks evenly with no stick. Cookie sheets don’t even need to be greased or sprayed, cookies release very easily. I am very pleased with my purchase.

My first lidded 12” Circulon fry pan was an Elite, which lasted about a year before the non-stick coating was too dinged up for me. Then I got an Infinite which lasted for 4 years, my favorite so far. I wanted another Infinite, but they’re discontinued. It’s hard to tell what the new top-of-the-line series is with all the confusing superlative names, so based on the terse description alone, I chose the Ultimum. When it arrived, I was disappointed to discover that there was no thick steel base plate like on all my other Circulons. My Infinite glass lid had an insulated handle while the new Ultimum does not and cannot be lifted off while hot without a pot holder. So overall, I was unsatisfied with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

69 years old have bought many brands over the years, all didnt live up to the hype. I will stand by these pans♡ note to the wise never heat on high and ban everyone else from using them
