Been loving my skillet, it's a heavy one, like not heavy heavy, but thick bottomed so I'm hoping it doesn't warp and teeter on my burner.

I've had this fry pan for about a month and really like it. It's deep enough to add alot of ingredients and liquid without overflowing the pan. And, I also like the cover because it prevents things from spattering all over the stove. It's definitely a non-stick pan and clean up is easy. Initially, I had to get used to cooking on a medium or medium low heat. But, even at this lower heat, the pan heats up fairly quickly and does a nice job of cooking foods evenly. I have a ceramic stove top and the pan fits very nicely on the largest burner. So far, I'm very pleased with this pan and recommend it.

I really like these pans, I got a set for our wedding 21 years ago. I wanted to replace the 10” deep fry pan with lid, as the non-stick is not what it was - but they no longer make that size. The 12” is way too big for my needs and is much heavier to manage so I returned it. I will have to look for a 10” pan from a different brand because that is the size I need/prefer. Really sad Circulon no longer has that size, because I’ve really enjoyed my set for 21 years.
