I purchased the 13 piece set about a year ago and don't even use use them daily,I sent pictures to your warranty department but haven't heard from anyone. I thought I was purchasing a top of the line product but miss led.The finish is coming off of them and they have a life time warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had mine for a year now and they are still as good as the day I got them. I love the even cooking and the pots with the pour spouts. Great pots & pans!!

I recommend this BRAND to everyone. I am buying a new set for Christmas, but have had an older set for about 20 years and lost a few pieces, but they are STILL good.

Already chipping despite proper use

I got this set as a wedding gift; unfortunately after less than a year of use — our largest pan is already chipping and will likely only get worse. Would have expected better quality for the price. We don’t use any hard utensils metal exc. and have never put it in the dishwasher!
