I bought this cookware for my daughter because I love the set I have. When I went to visit I noticed the two skillets were very hard to clean and the non-stick was not working very well. I submitted a warranty claim online with photos on Tuesday and Friday she had two brand new skillets delivered to her house. YES.....only 3 days after submitting the claim. AMAZING!!!

Great product

I cook regularly in my home and I purchase the product because a friend had it and I was very impressed with the fact that you could put the product in the oven up to 400° without melting the handles. I have to say that I have noticed that the items don't heat up as quickly as I would like them to on the stove and that would have to be the only con that I can think of.

Boiled it Dry - No Problem

I put eggs on to boil and then stupidly forgot about them. They boiled SO dry pieces of egg flew 8 ft in all directions around the kitchen. I was resigned to having to replace the pan as I didn't see how it could have survived. I let it cool and then cleaned it up. Good as new! Unbelievable. I've only had the set 2-3 months so can't speak to how it wears over time, but so far so good.
