5 years later and it still looks and functions like NEW

I have had my set for over 5 years. I use them 4-5 days a week. I cook for a family of 5 and my pans still look as good as they did when I got them. Even though they are dishwasher safe I hand wash them. The inside/non-stick is as good today and the first day I used them. I can take a paper towel and wipe my pan clean with almost anything I cook.

Much better than ordinary nonstick but ...

I've had to learn to cook late in life to ensure that my mom gets nutritious and tasty meals. After years of frustration with various types of nonstick cookware (and lots of money down the drain), I bought the Circulon chocolate symmetry set for Xmas. After 3 weeks of use, I'm generally pleased with the cookware and consider it to be a big step up from the other stuff. But, there are some challenges. (1) I need a 12-inch skillet for some things like cooking two pieces of French toast or two large pancakes at once but there is no 12-inch skillet in the chocolate symmetry collection. I've asked the firm when they are going to fix this. While I wait for the answer and the fix, I'm going to have to buy the 10- and 12-inch skillet set in black. (2) The edge of the 11-inch skillet is showing wear after only 3 weeks of use so I will have to submit a warranty claim on that. (3) As others have noted, the pans take longer to heat up than other cookware. They also hold heat longer even after you turn down the burner or remove the pan to a cool surface. So, these pans are more like cast iron than aluminum or stainless steel. That means there is a bigger risk of over cooking your food. I have started pulling food from the pans earlier than I would with other cookware. (4) I have burned myself so often with other ""oven safe"" stove top cookware that I want to get silicon hot handle holders for this cookware. I'm not sure which sizes / brands will fit these handles so I've put that question to the company and will up date this when I get the answer.

Love this set

I received this set as a wedding present, even though we didn't need new cookware, the person that gave it to us was excited for us to have it. I know why now, it is awesome and very pretty! The inside of the pan cleans very easily with little to no food sticking, and we always get compliments from guests on the chocolate color. I would definitely recommend this to anyone

New to Circulon cookware

I purchased the 11 pc. cookware set (received 11/28/17), an additional 5.5 qt. casserole (rec'd 11/30) & the fondue pot (rec'd 12/05). I have only used the 5.5 qt. pan, of all the pieces and really enjoyed it. Non-stick surface was great! Love the glass lids but wish there was a vent hole for steam. Per the reviews, I will let the lid(s) cool before washing (ref: shattered for a customer) & will NOT wash in dishwasher (discolored, chipped or faded). I typically wash my pots & pans by hand anyway. I plan to order the utensil set & 1 more frying pan (larger). I have ben using hand-me-down cookware for 25+ years, so am excited about having new!! Wish there was a potato masher for non-stick too!

I have recently been gifted this set and I couldn't be happier with it. Never have to use butter or oil before cooking, and the pieces are perfectly dishwasher friendly. I even used one of the pans to bake in the oven at 400F, and the silicone material on the handle didn't even melt! 10/10 would recommend.
