Such hard work put into this set. It almost reminds me of cast iron its so well made, without having anything stick to it. It says you can accually use metal in it but not pointed pieces like forks and knives. And the clean up is so easy, sauces and eggs and noodles and meats, none of them stuck to the pots or pans when cooking or washing, so easy without the grease. The 2 things I must point out is before you clean and use the first time, there is a round sticker dead center if each pot and pan. I thought it was part of the pan or pot, Its not, its just a sticker so peel it off. Also make sure and grab handle on the hard plastic part not the outter edges where the medal is at, as its hot there. Also have to give a big A+ on the lids, no area for water to get into, made so fantastic. Also the fact you can use in the oven on temperature below 400 is awesome.

First thing i cookes in was eggs. We all know scrambled eggs can stick like crazy. I made them and no sticking at all! I didnt use butter or anything. Then i made some grilled cheese and it cooked nice and even and didnt stick either.only downside is you can barely fit 2 grilled cheese in the biggest frying pan. I did french toast too and that came out perfect. I was a little hesitant to try and doubted it a little because of the ridges in the pans. Also some pans that are supposed to be non stick still need some added butter or oil so stuff.dont stick. But after using them they work amazingly well. Best pans i have used in a long long time! I would definitely buy them again and recommend to anyone needing new pans! Exceeds my expectations by a lot! Loves the pans.

Excellent quality

I absolutely love my Circulon 11-piece cookware set. It is by far the best set of pans I've ever owned and I could not be happier with it. The quality of each pan is outstanding and they really are super non-stick no matter what I cook. At first I was worried because when you think of non-stick you think smooth and these have ribs on the inside for more even cooking but they do not affect the quality of the non-stick at all. The lids are heavy duty glass I can tell you does not break easily because I accidentally dropped one of my kitchen floor and it did not break. I love the rubber handles that not only add grip to the pans but most of the time I don't need to use potholders when lifting them up which is very helpful. My set is merlot and they are beautiful I love showing them off. My favorite brand in the past has been T-Fal because they last a long time and are very non stick but I find this set to be way better quality and my food heats more evenly and even faster on some things. I was not aware of this brand before trying this sit out but they are awesome and I will definitely buy more in the future. I highly recommend these pans for anyone who demands quality and beauty in their cookware

I had never heard of these. So this was a first for me, using high quality pans. They are amazing! My first impression was that they were heavier than what I was used to. They definitely feel very durable. The coating on them just looks much thicker. It's a noticeable difference in quality just in appearance alone. And the chocolate color is so pretty. It's like a metallic dark brown. I followed the care instructions. Prewashed, no cooking spray, kept on a medium heat to preserve the outside appearance of the pans. The first meal cook was salmon fillets. I did not use an oil or anything in the pan, other than the fish itself. Now I usually have a problem flipping these, the breading will come off because it will stick some. These pans did not do that! The did not stick at all. I was even able to slide them and they didn't stick. I was really impressed. I even used metal tools, which it says these pans can handle. Not a scratch was made! Clean up was very easy too. I just hand washed in the sink. Nothing to scrap off. Even the little bits of breading that were left in the pan slid right off. I will certainly be bragging about these pans to family and friends. I love them! They are going to make cooking so much nicer. The comparison between the low quality pans I had vs these; two words: Drastically Better!!

Love this cookware!

About 6 years ago I decided to get rid of my hodgepodge cookware and get a new set. After much research and 45 years of cooking experience I decided on the Circulon Symmetry set. I LOVE this line of cookware. I don't know which is my favorite feature... the see through lids, the nonstick feature, the fact that I can use metal utensils without scratching, the appearance or the great price... I love it all. In fact, over the course of the last few years I have purchased 2 additional sets for retirement homes. And as a footnote.... this cookware replaces a recently purchased All Clad set which was 4 times more expensive and I hated it! I have had this cookware now for 3 or 4 years and love, love, love it and have recommended it to all my friends.

I've been using Circulon for a few years! What I love the most about my Cookware is that, it cleans up easily, NOTHING STICKS! The handles stay cool while I'm cooking, it's light, easy to handle. The color hasn't faded and it still looks brand new .The lifetime warranty is a bonus! I've recommended this product to my family and friends and they absolutely love it!

Looks Great Performs Even Better!

I purchased this set for my daughter and her husband, both avid cooks! Straight out of the box they both loved the awesome rich chocolate finish, easy grip silicone handles and cook and look lids. They loved it even more once they started cooking on it! They are big seafood food fans and are thrilled with the way even the most delicate fillets slide right out of the pan without sticking! They have deglazed, sauteed, roasted and even baked, yes baked, a pineapple upside down layer in the large skillet, all with great success. But wait.... there's more! After dinner no ""who is going to wash the pots"" because these are dishwasher safe. I never put mine in the dishwasher but my daughter puts hers in nightly and 2 years in they still look and perform like new! Go get a set, you wont regret it!
