Best Cookware I ever Bought

Overall this is the best cookware I have ever had. It still amazes me I can use metal utensils on the non-stick surface. The special steel bottom works just fine on my glass top induction range which can be a problem with most cookware. Just be careful not to allow any food to burn as the tiny grooves in the bottom of the frypans are difficult to clean.

Much better than ordinary nonstick but ...

I've had to learn to cook late in life to ensure that my mom gets nutritious and tasty meals. After years of frustration with various types of nonstick cookware (and lots of money down the drain), I bought the Circulon chocolate symmetry set for Xmas. After 3 weeks of use, I'm generally pleased with the cookware and consider it to be a big step up from the other stuff. But, there are some challenges. (1) I need a 12-inch skillet for some things like cooking two pieces of French toast or two large pancakes at once but there is no 12-inch skillet in the chocolate symmetry collection. I've asked the firm when they are going to fix this. While I wait for the answer and the fix, I'm going to have to buy the 10- and 12-inch skillet set in black. (2) The edge of the 11-inch skillet is showing wear after only 3 weeks of use so I will have to submit a warranty claim on that. (3) As others have noted, the pans take longer to heat up than other cookware. They also hold heat longer even after you turn down the burner or remove the pan to a cool surface. So, these pans are more like cast iron than aluminum or stainless steel. That means there is a bigger risk of over cooking your food. I have started pulling food from the pans earlier than I would with other cookware. (4) I have burned myself so often with other "oven safe" stove top cookware that I want to get silicon hot handle holders for this cookware. I'm not sure which sizes / brands will fit these handles so I've put that question to the company and will up date this when I get the answer.

I've been using Circulon for a few years! What I love the most about my Cookware is that, it cleans up easily, NOTHING STICKS! The handles stay cool while I'm cooking, it's light, easy to handle. The color hasn't faded and it still looks brand new .The lifetime warranty is a bonus! I've recommended this product to my family and friends and they absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say? This is by far the best set of pots and pans on the market. I can cook any and every food without having to worry about how hard I'm going to have to work to remove all the left over food afterwards. It makes cooking way more enjoyable, all I had to do after making my famous fried egg sandwich is rinse with hot water. That's it! Seriously though, other leading brands claim to be nonstick and after one use loose their value immediately. Nevertheless-scorched pans and food yuck. It is a great price and very durable, the product itself makes the perfect gourmet cuisine no matter what you're making. No burnt edges just crisp freshness! I will attach photos of leading brand and THIS brand! Thank you for making dreams come true.

Circulon Momentum Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The variety of cook ware included in this set is great to have available. The quality of the pots and pans is heavyweight and the lids are glass so you can see what is going on inside. The surface is nonstick and scratch resistant. I only use silicone on these to protect the finish. They clean up quickly and they cook evenly. The handle is soft touch and I don't mind leaving these on the counter as they are that good looking.

Beautiful Addition to My Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookware set not only looks fancy, but is also a great addition to my kitchen. The merlot color itself has a bit of shimmer and is a nice deep purple/gray color, but is not too overpowering. The handles to all of the pots have a rubber grip section that makes it easy to transfer a full pot from one burner to the next or even over to the sink. The handles also don't get hot which is a nice feature as well. Overall, these are great pots not only for the serious chef, but one that also wants to add a touch of color to the kitchen.
