This product has the features most important to me

There is an ease in setting up the printer. printing from my mobile devices is the best thing about this printer.
I have never been able to copy and print double sided before, a great feature of this printer.
Having a fax machine is a very useful tool for me and being able to have the document feeder to send multi page faxes provides a more professional result to the receiver.
Printing photos from an SD card is an advantage in not having to wait for all the photos to be down loaded before printing from the data base. The quality of the photos cannot be better.
I have never been able to copy and print double sided before, a great feature of this printer.

Everything I need in one Printer.

Being able to print pages or photographs from iPads, MacBook, iMac or Phones by Wi Fi is really the versatility I require. Along with fast quality prints, scanning and copying single or multiple pages makes this a very good addition to Home Office or Business. This is the fifth Epson printer I have owned, the reason being that the print heads and system are of the highest engineering standard and better than other printers I have had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgrade from my XP-620 to XP-820

Only had it for a couple of days but so far, very nice. The enclosed set-up DVD was a great way to start and there are several helpful items on YouTube . The 820 is a good step-up from my previous 620. It delivers more and I like it a lot. But, as I said - only had it for a few days,.
Nice footprint on the desk and has automated features that are great add-ons.

Awesome features and quality prints

This is my second Epson printer and I am more than happy with it. I love that the paper loading is from the front of the printer and that there are two paper cartridges, one for photo paper and one for plain paper. No more having to swap and change the paper.
The LCD screen is a great size and easy to read. I find this feature fantastic. I have very poor eyesight but even I can read it without having to use my usual magnifying glass.
The text printing is very crisp and clear and the colour is awesome. The photos look very true to natural colour.
The ink cartridges are very easy to replace and I love that the black ink tank is extra large for normal black and white printing.
I love Epson's creative selection too. I love to make calendars for Christmas presents and making personalised birthday cards is so much fun.
Having worked from home before I would suggest this printer for personal use as well as the small home office. Not to mention that if you forget to turn it off it will turn itself off after a certain time of inactivity. Great all in one that is also compact but works like many bigger units and is also a fantastic for the price.
I'm definitely happy with my purchase of the XP-820.

Upgrade from a previous Epson printer

My grownup kids borrowed and claimed my older WF 325 and I decided to update and look forward to some of the more photo capable functions on this model. I have always enjoyed using Epson printers and having great printing results.
