Carefully note the height of this model!

Please note that the height of this model is 35-1/8" high, and will not fit under a standard 36" high kitchen countertop. Be sure to set your counters higher than normal if you are using this model.

Architect is correct. too tall

I took off the feet and still too high for standard cabinet top. The problem is there is a large plate that makes the unit higher. I don't believe you can remove the U plate as it looks like like it holds the compressor in place and you would have to take the back off of the unit to do so. Unfortunately, I am stuck with this and is now in my garage!!! Also, very noisy. I noticed it and it took only one day for my wife to make a comment. Inside design is excellent.

The unit runs great and is very stylish. Capacity is rather large for a compact refrig. Not very flexible as the shelves are all fixed in place. If I had to do it all over again, I would like for a unit which has more flexibility in the design

Not for outdoors

We bought this undercounter refrigerator to replace our older model kitchenaid stainless steel undercounter refrigerator we have in our outdoor summer kitchen / BBQ. All of the appliances including the replaced undercounter refrigerator and storage cabinets are kitchenaid stainless steel and great quality. Looks like kitchenaid went cheap on the stainless steel used on this model and they know it because they have excluded discoloration, rust, oxidation from coverage under their warranty. All of my interior and exterior major appliances are currently kitchenaid. I guess I will be looking for a different brand to replace each as they reach end of life if this is what we have to expect from newer model appliances.
