Wake up engineers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How can the engineers who built this thing not build it to accommodate a standard beer bottle? The shelves are not adjustable and the two bottom shelves are about 1 inch shy of being able to fit a standard beer bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my under counter refrigerator, KURR304ESS. The stainless finish and glass door look nice, but the glass shelves are NOT adjustable. The main shelf does not have the height to accommodate a standard 12 oz. beer bottle. The only way to fit a beer in this model is if you remove the top shelf, leaving you with too much wasted storage space up top. This is unacceptable for a beverage/entertainment refrigerator. Didn't the product designers think about storing standard bottles in this model? Why no adjustable shelves?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a month ago for a bar that I have in the basement of my home. Overall, the product is very nice. It looks sharp and is functional. The problem is the refrigerator's door does not seal and close properly. In fact, there is so much space between the seal and the frame in certain places that you can see into the fridge. Upon seeing this, we called KitchenAid who immediately sent out a repairman. They ordered parts and tried to fix the problem, but after 4 visits, the issue still isn't fixed, and KitchenAid still will not replace the product. Aside from the fact that I have had to go more than 2 months without a functional refrigerator, the inconvenience of all of the calls and repair visits is unbearable.
One of the reasons I paid a premium for a KitchenAid was because I expected the fridge to be well made and without issues like all of this. I guess I was wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very stylish looking undercounted beverage fridge. I wish I had read a few reviews before buying. The main issue is you can not adjust the shelf's to accommodate beverages. I cant even stand up a bottle of beer in this fridge. Also you can see caulk around the bottle were they seal the inside. For the amount it cost I would not recommend this.

So glad I purchased this appliance, along with the rest of them. Installed easily under counter in island, which is close to back outside entrance. This appliance stores lots of beer and water bottles, as well as pop cans. Alleviates the problem of those items taking all the space up in the main fridge.
