[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a month ago for a bar that I have in the basement of my home. Overall, the product is very nice. It looks sharp and is functional. The problem is the refrigerator's door does not seal and close properly. In fact, there is so much space between the seal and the frame in certain places that you can see into the fridge. Upon seeing this, we called KitchenAid who immediately sent out a repairman. They ordered parts and tried to fix the problem, but after 4 visits, the issue still isn't fixed, and KitchenAid still will not replace the product. Aside from the fact that I have had to go more than 2 months without a functional refrigerator, the inconvenience of all of the calls and repair visits is unbearable.
One of the reasons I paid a premium for a KitchenAid was because I expected the fridge to be well made and without issues like all of this. I guess I was wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this for our new house we built. I love that it matches our custom cabinets and it doesn't show water marks or stuff because of the wood panel inserts. It works great. We use it for drinks away from our main refrigerator on the other side of the island.
