Love the ice and water

So far so good ; our old refrigerator was 30 years old we hated to part with it. We've
owned this new refrigerator for 3 months now, we love the ice and water features.
We've actually been drinking more water! There is not as much room in the freezer
as we were used to but we'll manage. You do give up some space when choosing
the french doors. We believe we made the right choice.

Fantastic Product

I bought this a couple of months ago, and we've been very pleased. Our old refrigerator froze the vegetables and ruined more food than not. This GE has been fantastic.

it cooled fast after delivery and isn't overly noisy, but though it's a tad larger than the GE 22cf I replaced, the drawers are considerably smaller and the shelves, with very wide plastic rims to keep in spills, aren't as accommodating. Feels a little cheaper in construction as well, but most things manufactured now do. Okay deal, and time will tell on value, but interior space layout is, well, poor.
Oh, the front doesn't like magnets...swirls in the gloss right away...not good for the "kid's art studio!"

Lots of room!

I bought this two months ago and am impressed so far. Runs great and keeps temperatures at a consistent level. At first the ice maker didn't keep up with my family's demands, but I think it's because a more solid cube is made as opposed to hollow cubes of ice.

Runs Very Quietly!

I think this is one of the most quiet-running refrigerators that we've owned in 41 years of marriage. I also love the fact that all of the shelves on the door are not the wide ones meant to hold gallon jugs. My condiments were always falling over in my old fridge and I don't keep my milk in the door anyways. Bright and roomy inside. Very convenient digital controls on the outside of the ice dispenser. Looks beautiful all around.
