I have had this refrigerator for a few months and I have to say I like it more than the more expensive model I left behind. The shelves hold A LOT. The drawers also hold A LOT. Everything is very easy to see. The crisp veggies stay crisp. The meat stays cold and, IMHO, fresher. This fridge is easy to clean. I like the freezer compartment down below. It is so easy to just pull it open and see everything at a glance. We have had no mechanical issues but I wouldn't expect to have problems this early in the game.

had to have mullion replaced , hinge broke . took too long for repair part to be shipped . service people were very professional , courteous , and efficient . expected new fridge to be quiter , makes noise during defrost .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrigerator is cavernous, only issue with freezer is the wire basket vs. solid wall compartment.
