Great but...

I received this refrigerator brand new as a housewarming gift from my parents and I loved it but after one year and two months, the refrigerator just quit working. The freezer continued to work but the fridge stopped dead. GE is probably the best brands around and I was very concerned that after a year of normal usage, it just quit working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this refridgerator/freezer this month and it is very easy to access the food as it is up where you can see it. I like the large door shelves as a whole gallon of milk will fit in the door. The bottom freezer has more room than our side by side and it is easier to obtain the packages from the bottom if you want them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Purchased this Fridge 3 Months Ago and I am Loving It!! I love how it keeps my Food Fresh Longer, and Eliminates odor thanks to dual evaporators!! GE's BrightSpace lighting feature illuminates the Fridge making it easy to find those Late Night Snacks!! Plenty of Room, for your Pitcher's, 2 Liters, and Milk..Love the Deli Drawer...it's Phenomenal and totally stoked about the flip out shelf. I can store the Crock pot with Left Overs with no Problem and for Holidays you have plenty of Storage for Holiday Left Overs. Throw In the Water Dispenser for Cold Filtered Water and you got a perfect addition to any growing Family. Great Purchase...Love It.

Love bottom freezer!

It still seem colder in the veggie and fruit drawers so a little disappointment but overall like the fridge

Freezer basket is small, even though there seems to be ample room for possible other one , egg storage area is too small to store carton of eggs , suggestion to GE: reconfigure the freezer area there is too much wasted space. and re think the egg storage area. You would have many more happy customers. I ordered this ref. because I wanted the french door, and in black . they did not have one in stock. to look at , and the picture in the book was vague ( and yes I know that was my fault for not paying more attention to detail in the diagram ) other than the above . Satisfied with my Refrig.
