It's useless because it does not have enough storage & no SD card slot! No keyboard when bluetooth is on..

Poor. A phone without an SC card storage and an onscreen keyboard is useless. I've looked all over and there's no place that tells me how to get the keyboard on when blue tooth is turned on. The phone is also full and nothing works when it is full. So I have to get rid of all my needed information. There's no room for new updates unless you want to get rid of the previous updates. Forget about having audiobooks.. no room. No camera button on the outside of the phone.

Worst phone I've ever owned

I had high hopes for this phone, being that I'm a huge Microsoft fan but this is the worst phone I've ever owned. When I bought this phone it came with Windows 8 and had a ton of issues like apps crashing constantly, camera taking forever to load and many popular apps not being in the store. So I figured things would get better when it upgrades to Windows 10 but I was way wrong. Everything got worse, my apps won't load or when they do load they crash. The phone freezes and shuts down on its own all the time, I have to constantly resync my Bluetooth devices. Even going to msn.com with the edge app has issues. I wish I never had bought this phone, I would go back to my old phone but I traded it in. For example I'm writing this review on my tablet because the phone sucks so much. The one pro about the phone is it fits in my hand good.
