Windows and phone belong together.

I have had a Windows account since we all were on dial up. Watching Windows change and develop its features falls into place with their phone. Having office tools is awesome. Lots of great things to say about this phone. I hope it holds up well. Only thing I miss changing from Android is the voice to text for the keyboard.

A big improvement from HTC 8x

My First smartphone

I have never had a smartphone before... Used the dumb ones and was quite happy. But I am a computer tech and webmaster and have been asked about smartphones and if I could help clients set them up and was always NO, I only deal in PC's LOL
Well, I decided enough was enough.. I upgraded my LG Cosmos 3 (which was all but dead) to the Lumia 735 (for $20.00). Now I spent the first two days cussing out the phone because I could not figure it out. But NO computer or OS has ever beat me LOL Now I LOVE IT !! :)
Just waiting till I am eligible for the Win 10 upgrade

The use of my Microsoft Lumia 735 can only be described as fantastically smooth. No matter what I do the phone responds quickly and smooth. Can't wait for Windows 10 upgrade. Keep up the good work. I would give this a rating of 10 Stars if possible.

As good as a locked surface Pro

My primary goal with this phone was to use it along side our Microsoft business programs, as well as stream music and general browsing. The outlook app is outstanding and the home screen layout is great, I enjoy using the News platform as well as the Weather and Finance. The Onenote app is good but limited ability to add tabs and how the series of tabs are displayed makes the use a little challenging, but easily adding photos is a huge plus. The look of the phone is great and the touch screen works well. The placement of the buttons is different from the Samsung phone but it doesn't take long to feel comfortable with the 735.
So the bad comes with the personal side of the phone, work is great but I need to be able to use my phone to play music and easily browse the internet. I use the Google play service and google does not have any portals for this phone so everything is web based. With the Samsung I could download songs once and play them without streaming. The other pitfall is Internet Explorer, I'm not sure who enjoys this browser but with the many features of Chrome, going back to internet explorer is not going to happen.
Overall I was excited to get this phone but after having no google apps I'm not sure how I can efficiently transfer everything over. The windows functionality is really good, but for me to adapt to this OS I need acres to apps I currently use.

Excellent Quality Built Phone

Excellent phone - first time smart phone owner. I would recommend this phone to others. My son is looking to change to a window phone and my youngest one is on the cusp of also changing when their contract is up. The window is very easy to use and has a lot great day to day functionality. I really like the capability of syncing all of my window devices. Cannot wait until Window 10 is available for phones.
