This microwave is great. It looks great. Has every feature you would ever need. Built great. Large enough for bigger dishes. Easy for my kids to use. I use it every day. I would be lost without it.

Great look and performance

We have had this microwave for about 5 months now and it is great, epecially the convection feature. It was a little tricky to figure out all the buttons, but we bought one with more features so that we would have more options. I like the see thru glass on the front and the inside is bigger than my previous over the range microwave. It is a little more powerful too. We use our over less and our convection microwave more now!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Before buying, my husband and I did our homework about appliances.Whirlpool microwaves were recommended so we went to look at them.I love the sleek clean look, the ease of use and the cheat sheet to help merun it.I just finished using it to make dinner and am amazed at the ease andspeed with which I can cook. Also like the easy clean-up.Have taken many pictures and sent them to relatives with ravereviews.HAC**happy satisfied customes

Great style, but very disappointed in quality

We purchased this microwave because it matched our other kitchen appliances. It looks great and has a ton of features, and when it is working it is amazing! However, we have had it 10 months and the magnetron has gone out twice. We use the microwave portion approx. once per day and have not yet used the convection feature, but right now I am pretty disappointed overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy! Having to replace after 3 1/2 years light use.

Got this in my new home 3 1/2 years ago. Only light use. Never used convection oven. Magnetron went out and more expensive to replace then to buy new. Door handle broke after about 6 months use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I love this microwave. I have baked pizzas in it and they come out with a crispy crust. So far no repairs. I bought it in Oct. 2009.

Great features for the price.

Use regularly, very pleased with the features and results. This is my first experience with a convection oven and with the exception of the noise (which I understand is less than normal) it is wonderful. Microwave has many features, baked potato, etc. Manuals provided for operation are not well done (for a 1st time user) but the product is quite user friendly. I would recommend this to anyone seeking a quality product, great features, at an affordable price.
