good product but can be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this cook top for about a month. My wife has been very happy to use it, which I knew mostly due to the reason of faster response compared to our previous electric cook top. Installation was easy. I liked the tilted knob panel. The knob control appeared smooth and efficient. My biggest complain is the distance between the flame and the grid being too much, which I believe wastes quite a bit energy. I would not have any hold-back to recommend this product if without this drawback. Hope Frigidaire will have a lower grid. Also if total 4 grids instead of 2 bigger pieces are equipped, cleaning would be easier. It is pretty warm at the bottom of this cook top during cooking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

works great - details, not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful stovetop and works great. However.. details - the little stoppers keeping it from scratching fell off every time i lift it to clean, already causing scratches on the stovetop. 3 are now missing. Be aware that the grates are extremely heavy to lift off to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because my space only allowed for a 30 inch stovetop I was limited to choice. I couldn't be happier! It has 5 burners each with a different BTU which is so versatile. Reminds me of something in a chef's kitchen! Love it!

So glad I chose this cooktop. It is just what I wanted. Large 5 burner capacity. Heat easily controlled. Great in every way.

Good lay out of 5 burners. All burners boil twice as fast as my previous unit. The lows for simmer are excellent. Installed easily. Love this cooktop!

We purchased our Frigidaire Gallery 30'' Gas Cooktop about two months ago. One of the best purchasing decisions we've ever made. It's easy to use, provides clean, consistent and fast cooking flame-heat. Additional bonus, it's so easy to clean. We highly recommend this Cooktop. Can't say enough good things about it.
