Everything freezes in the refrigerator

The vegetable drawers are not made very well. The top part of them that slides into the shelf breaks off. When that happens, the air doesn’t circulate properly and everything in the vegetable drawer freezes. Actually everything in the bottom, two shelves in the back of the refrigerator freezes even setting the temperature at one. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
