After the initial disappointment when it was first installed and leaked water because of a faulty water valve, we are learning to live with it. We were without the ice and water features for more than a week just after we got it.
It does run very quiet. We like that. However the water and ice maker are quite noisy as compared to our older one. When the ice falls into the container, and when the ice maker refills, it is very noisy. Other than that it is a great refrigerator.
We also found that the initial cost was rather exorbitant, but it fits the opening well and hopefully it will last us another 25 years.

I really like this refrigerator. It's handsome, well-made, and keeps everything nice and cold.
The finishes are great. I didn't particularly want the ice and water in the door feature, but my kids love it and we use it every day. No funny smell to the water or ice, just well-formed cubes, nice cold water.
My only problem with it is the shelves are a little awkward. It's not huge inside and some of the configuration of shelves and drawers actually exacerbates that. In particular, please redesign the light cover at the very top. The way it is now, it means tall things have to be angled to be removed -- can't just be pulled straight out.

Our built-in fridge died. This was the right size to fit the space. The new one seems like it has more space. We love the customizable shelves. The water dispenser sprays down (that's an improvement) and we like that it displays how much water is dispensed.

This refrigerator was built in to the new home we just bought. It is smaller than what we had before, which takes some getting used to. If we use up all of the ice, it takes 3 days to fill the container back up.
I do like the way the drawers and shelves are set up. I also like that it tells you how many ounces of water that you are getting when you fill up your glass. It really looks nice in our kitchen.
