Good at home workout

This is a good workout to use at home. The difficulty level is fairly low, but I do hot yoga at lease three time per week. It does help with poses and ensuring proper alignment. Great video for a beginner or those who need a good at home video.

Great Motivation for loseing Weight

The way the video is shown it gives you motivation to work. The video is challangeing enough that I have had to do it in small steps and broke it down to where I'm trying one pose a day, but eventualy I will work up to do the whole video. Its started to streach out parts of me that havent been streched in years. I'm a work in progress.

This DVD offers a wonderful yoga experience that is presented by Rodney Ree, who is an excellent Gaiam yoga instructor. I felt great after this routine in body, mind and soul.

I've purchased several Gaiam yoga and pilates videos and have enjoyed every single one but, this one is my favorite. It is very thorough and energizing---a perfect way to start the day! Definitely worth the small asking price!!!

This DVD is challenging yet relaxing. Rodney Yee's way of instructing is almost hypnotic. Even though it is a slow pace you still get a great work out. I think this DVD is great for all levels, you just do what you can. LOVE IT!
