The phone is a wonderful tool to help one keep track of the task-oriented and deadline driven world we live in today. It offers a wide variety of features which can all be personalized to your specific tastes. I love how it can capture the most picturesque photos while also having the ability to expand the storage capacity to a staggering 60+ gigabytes! I heavily rely on this phone and its smooth operation and transition from app to app. The processor speed is phenomenal! There are so many functions that gear themselves to the user. It really does give you a feeling of actually owning the phone because you have the capability of making changes that no other brand of phone on the market can offer. The SGS5 is the best phone I have ever owned and I recommend it to anyone in the market for an individualized phone!

I am coming from the S3 and am amazed with the improvements to the series. The screen has got to be the best display I've ever seen on a smartphone. Samsung has come a long way in improving Super AMOLED technology. My past problem with previous iterations would be a blue tint on white pages. That's no more with the new S5. There's even more display settings to tone down the color saturation. It also has improved brightness and even dims to 2 nits for bedtime reading. The design of the phone looks a lot better in person and I am pleased that it has a soft matte finish on the back. The water and dust resistance is what sold me on the phone. I also noticed the icons are a lot larger than my previous S3 and that is definitely a good thing. It only took me a few days to get used to the multitasking key where the menu key once was. I actually close out my apps more often anyways and found this to be a huge convenience. What also amazes me is the smart remote and I know this was added to the S4 but I can't believe other popular phones don't have this feature. My only cons about this device are the speaker placement, storage capacity and fingerprint scanner. I purchased the S View Flip Cover and the speaker gets muffled when I fold the flap back. I wish the phone would come standard with 32GB storage and I'm not keen on micro SD cards due to their occasional failure rate. The fingerprint scanner is a hit or miss when scanning. Other than that I am really pleased with my new phone!

I LOVE the Samsung Galaxy S5. I can't put it down. I'm writing this review on my Galaxy S5 Two of my friends already got it, beacause I convinced them it was better then the iPhone.

Beginning week 3 of ownership and I absolutely LOVE IT! I have been a diehard BlackBerry user for nearly 10 years - definitely when RIM was in its heyday. I was extremely hesitant to leave BlackBerry - loved the Z10, but after damaging it, I decided it was time to gravitate over to the world of the Android operating system. Furthermore, my service provider did not even sell BlackBerry anymore. It was a very hard & frustrating decision to make. I had one individual say that it would take a long time to become accustomed to the new-to-me OS. But even on the very first evening, I was having a BLAST with this mobile multi-function device! There has not been a thing that I miss from my old Z10 - although I do keep reaching for the screen lock button in the wrong place, but hey - it makes me laugh & it's part of the learning curve. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a FANTASTIC product, and surprisingly (to me) simple to use. I could not tell you how many times I have said to someone "I love my new phone!" I have so much more to learn, but I will say that the pictures it captures are beautiful - I am totally pleased with that feature as it is always an important one for me. And, as Android users already have known for a very long time, it opens up a tremendous array of applications (that were NOT available to BlackBerry). I do not know how anyone could possibly be disappointed by purchasing this device! YAY SAMSUNG!!!

So much to do, camera and video are awesome....apps are great and so many to choose from, finger print entry works great, graphics are sooooooo awesome. I love my s5.
