This is the umpteeth Samsung product I have purchased and all of them have been so wonderfully made.
I had before only a small samsung phone this G S5 is amazing. It is a pleasure to use and fit my hands really well and even my usually too large thumbs.

By far "The Greatest" phone I've ever owned!!
(and I own a couple of Note7s)
I cannot explain in this short review all of the Pros to owning this phone. But I'll give you a little taste...
DURABILITY:
Dropped countless times. From ladders to concrete. It doesn't matter. Not a scratch on it without a screen protector.
SPEED: STILL relevant, and faster than than you can touch the screen.
CAMERA: The 16 megapixel clarity puts most DSLRs under a table, shivering, with their lens cap tight.
OS: Even Android found it necessary to update it one more time
IR BLASTER: Robust and strong. It'll turn the TV on from the other side of town.
Etc... Etc... Etc...
(and I own a couple of Note7s)

Had my 1st Galaxy S5 for about 1 1/2 years. It started overheating and the screen would freeze up. Just got my replacement phone (I had the insurance on it) and was happy they sent me another S5.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight

It's simple but functional

I would highly recommend the Galaxy as it is a classic design, yet sleek and not bulky like other phones that are suppose to compare. You can be 16 or 86 and this phone has what you need. You can be used to this phone rather quickly with the walk through wizard available. It takes amazing pictures and videos. The only complaint I have is that finding a case for its protection is not so easy, due to the limit of colors and designs available.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, functionality

Physically amazing....software needs help

This is the second galaxy s5 I have owned first one messed up randomly and started turning off and on...on its own... so I bought another. Size is perfect screen is beautiful love the little gadgets but it randomly loses signal fully sitting in the same place, and lately I havent receieved important text it just picks which one to send me... seems the software on the s5 is not stable every person who has had the s5 has mentioned problems that could only be software
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

The Galaxy S5 is a great phone when you first start using it and it has a ton of accessories that continuously coming out. The 16GB will easily hold most data that you will need and also has expandable memory in case you need more. The con's I feel are, after awhile the phone seems to lose it's pace and starts to be sluggish. I also have personal encountered the "black screen" which happens and will not allow you to use your phone at all. Then you can restart it at a random time and it will work for a little and then go back to the unusable state.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: black screen
