Hi excellent phone love the camera so may features every woman knows we love our photos state of the art photos phone charges so fast its a dream phone.I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a start of the art phone.

I will own Samsung phones forever! Easy to use, screen and camera are crisp and clear. Great features... love the fingerprint scanner!

Just as the title, it gets the job done. Very simple and not overly flamboyant with features. Or perhaps its just the way I use it. Overall, good phone for the day to day.

Cons: Poor quality

coming from a very old phone with a slide out querty board, I was expecting this to be a difficult transition. Nope! easy to use and acclimate to, although way too many apps for my personal need. Thankfully, with one quick lesson, I was unable to remove or disable what I knew would never be used. Very happy with the phone!!

Cons: too many pre-loaded apps

It took a little while to get used to this phone for me. Had a Nokia for the past 2 phones. Now I am hooked! Great apps, easy to use and navigate, great pictures and great customer support. I thought I would not like the fact that it is not have Windows connectivity, but it has much better Apps than Microsoft phones. Could not be more pleased!

I have always been a big fan of Samsung Products. I will only purchase Samsung galaxy phones. I haven't had any problems out of the phones except for the S5 not wanting to update. I get an error each time it tries to update to the latest software. I'm not sure what's up but I'm working on it. This has not effected my opinion of the phone though.
