I really enjoy using the phone except for two things. First, it is very difficult for me to insert the charger. Instead of taking about 3 seconds to insert it, as I was used to, I now have to put on my glasses, turn up the light and it still take me almost a minute to insert it. The second annoyance is that the left hand smart key at the bottom of the phone is no longer for settings/menu. I need to look for individual menu settings, represented by three dots, at the top of each screen. This takes longer and is just annoying for me. The new use of the smart key is to view recently used aps, which is of very little interest for me. BTW, I got the S5, not the S6 because of its replaceable battery and SD card slot. I would not buy any phone without those features.
Pros: Bright display, large screen, great display quality
Cons: hard to insert charger

When my S4 stopped recognizing my SIM card, I was forced to get a new phone. I wanted to go with the newest Samsung phone, the S6, but was disappointed to find out the S6 did not have expandable memory or a removable battery. Those are some of the main reasons I originally switched from my iPhone to the S4. I ended up purchasing the S5 simply because it had the expandable memory. I really hope Samsung brings back the ability to expand the memory on their devices. In my opinion taking away this feature is a huge step backwards. The next time I have to upgrade, I will be looking for these features, and will go with another brand if necessary.
Cons: fingerprint scanner doesn't work well in a case.

Best phone I've ever owned. Right out of the box this phone is super fast actually faster than my laptop which also has a quad core processor. Very smooth and responsive to even the lightest of touches. I was worried about the update to the phone there have been no errors or problems since installing it. I love the huge screen, the camera and picture quality is insane, my friends with Iphone 6's all say they thought their camera's were good with 8mp then they saw mines with 16mp and realized there was no comparison. The video quality on like youtube in HD looks better than my 1080p led tv and the sound the ear plugs that come with it is ridiculous extremely loud, clear and the bass is precise not muddy and it doesn't drown out the clarity of the vocals nor midrange. All in all if you're looking for a great phone or an alternative to the Iphone look no further you will not be disappointed.
I have loved Samsung since the Galaxy S1. I got that phone in 2011. It still works. If you knew me you would know that is a testament of durability. I knew then that when I upgraded it would forever be to another Samsung. I just upgraded. I now have the Galaxy S6. I love it. The camera takes beautiful pictures, with many features. The 16 GB of internal phone memory is ample. Plus I was able to transfer my 32 GB SD memory card between devices. There are many other things that I love about my Samsung but the last one I have to mention is the look and feel. It looks great and feels very comfortable in my hands. Keep it up Samsung.
My existing S5 got hacked so severely I had to get a new phone. I chose to get another instead of an S6 because it's water resistant I have a humungous after market battery I'm not giving up either.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!
