Galaxy S5 was a great phone

I was really pleased with my Galaxy S5. There are two reasons I upgraded from this phone. One, I wanted the features that the Galaxy Note 5 had and two, the Android network was running really slow. I was informed by AT&T that I could do a factory reset and it would take care of the network issue. Other than that, this was a great phone. It had the ability to hold a micro SD card, so you could easily upgrade the amount of storage space. This feature is not available with the Note 5 and it's one that I really miss. Also, it was water resistant. Always a good thing when you have young kids.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, water resistant, upgrade storage

Switched from an iPhone

After years of using iPhones I thought the switch to an android would be difficult. The features are incredible and the operating system is far greater than my iPhone was. It's super light and the perfect size for games and homework. I am happy I made the switch.

I love this phone but it has some major flaws. I know how to use pretty much all the features and free um ram to make the phone run better so I know when it's phone error not the user. First of all let me list some good things. These good things are the only thing keeping me with Samsung over apple. The waterproof design, the removable battery(I have 5 just in case I keep in my car or house ect), the 3.0 USB charger which means I can use either the 3.0 charger or the older one which almost everyone has.

Sluggish camera access from lock screen and even sometimes from the menu. Ugh it drives me nuts I have missed so many photographic opportunities.

Sometimes my device shuts down randomly this is a very rare occasion.

Alright Performance. Battery life a little on the short side

I like all the Samsung apps and the performance but the battery life could be longer. I had turned off all unneeded apps but still lasts less then 1 day.

Bargain for the price

Excellent product. Voice reception is even better than my previous phone. Does everything the new s6 does for much lower price. Matches the iphone 6 in my estimation. Purchased the wireless charging back and pad. They work well except that the phone heats up when charging much more than when I plug it in. Got a nice shell from Diztronic that allows for the thicker charging back.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable, seems well built

Unlike a lot of newer phones this one is easy to use. It was easy to transfer my information ie. contact information, games, photos over from one phone to the other. Calling in a claim was easy and getting my new phone was fast. We looked at many smart phones and chose the samsung galaxy due to it being user friendly. Once that was mastered we fell in love with the features and the performance. What good is a phone that has great features and you don't know how to use them.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, easy to use, great for taking pictures
