This is not my first Samsung smart phone, and surly won't be my last. As a smartphone sales agent, I can say that no other android powered device sells itself as fast as Samsung's lineup. The Galaxy S5 brings an affordable, water resistant power house of a computer with standard phone capabilities all packed into a device that fits in your pocket. From the 16 MP rear camera to the powerful processing power of the 4 core CPU. You can't this quality with the same money on any other manufacture.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, best battery management

I find new things almost daily, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 for dummies book , Nobody seems to include a manual, just the quick start sheet. I know the phone is water proof or resistant and I wonder why there's no plug for the earpiece. One other thing is my daughter sends texts from her Iphone which I can't receive because they are I message. I hope that this can be fixed because more than half of smartphone are Iphone s

The Galaxy S5 is so user friendly I was able to start using it as soon as I opened the box! All apps and other features are just so easy to use. The only problem is I still haven't figured out how to set up the voice mail.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, user friendly
Cons: voice mail setup

The s5 I'm my opinion is a better fit for my phone needs than the s6. It is easy to use with the familiar Galaxy feel as opposed to the s6. The s6 feels more like an iPhone.
The phone is so much more than a phone, of course. I've been impressed with it's ease of use as a pocket sized computer and entertainment device.
I definitely would, and have, recommended this phone to others.

My galaxy s5 works great, has all the features I wanted. The camera is very good and so easy to manipulate. It has more apps than I'll ever use, my son has an iphone and he now wishes he had a galaxy like mine.

The last time I had a Galaxy phone I think I had the S2 or 3 I'm not sure but I was dying to get back to the galaxy family and I went out and got a S5 and I love it the pictures are clear the gameI like the multi window feature is cool it's water resistant like this is great phone to have I love it

My wife and I went from the Samsung Galaxy 3 to the 5 with a sweet deal and have enjoyed the improvements in speed, data download, photos, and its many features that we are learning to use. Our communications with family, relatives, and friends have not only improved but we are using it much more.
We still have much to learn but we are not disappointed with anything we are doing with our Samsung Galaxy 5.
